Frequently asked questions

How soon should I send my flowers?

For the best preservation results, flowers should be sent as soon as possible after your event. Detailed packing and shipping instructions will be provided after your order is placed.

Can you preserve flowers that are already dried?

Yes. In many cases, already-dried flowers can be incorporated into a preservation piece. Because every bouquet is different, feel free to contact me before ordering if you’re unsure about the condition of your flowers.

How long does floral preservation take?

Floral preservation is a detailed process that cannot be rushed. Your flowers must be carefully dried and pressed before your final piece is designed and assembled. Current turnaround times will depend on the types of flowers being pressed and size of arrangement.

Will my flowers look exactly the same after preservation?

Flowers naturally change as they dry and press. Some colors may deepen, soften, or fade slightly, and variations in shape and texture are part of the beauty of working with real botanical materials.

Can I choose how my flowers are arranged?

Yes. Available arrangement and customization options are shown only for pressed frames when you place your order. Each finished piece is still individually designed by hand, so no two preservation pieces will ever be exactly alike.
